What size of self storage unit do I need?

What type of storage unit do I need?
Do you want the convenience of a drive up unit? Do you prefer the added comfort, security, and cleanliness of an indoor unit? Do your belongings need climate control? What about vehicle or boat storage? We have many options to help you find your ideal storage solution. Contact us so we can help.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you need your own lock. If you do not have one, you can purchase a new lock at our main office. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks to ensure the highest level of security.
What holidays will the self storage office be closed?

What pest control measures do you take?
Do you rent moving trucks?
Am I required to purchase insurance for my storage unit?
Insurance is required. If your homeowner or renter's insurance doesn't cover stored items, insurance can be purchased at www.insureyourstuff.com through Deans & Homer. If you are storing a vehicle, proof of ownership and proof of insurance must be provided.
What is a temperature controlled (climate controlled) unit?
Storage units with climate control maintain a consistent temperature of 60?F to 78?F in order to protect items that are sensitive to extreme temperatures. In addition, climate controlled units are located indoors, so that it is also much more comfortable when you are loading or unloading your unit, in the hot summer or cold winter months.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is similar to a typical garage. These units are on the ground floor and have an exterior entrance which allows for direct access to and from your vehicle. The doors roll up and are opened manually.
What is the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit is typically a drive-up unit with a roll-up door, which gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. An indoor (or interior) unit also has a roll-up door which is accessed via spacious hallways inside the building. Indoor units are frequently climate-controlled, and provide a clean and secure environment. Free hand carts are available to assist in loading and unloading indoor units.
What are the gate access hours?
Gate access is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
