4. Pull Off the Felt
The felt is one of the first things on the pool table to age. If your felt is looking worse for wear, consider removing the felt from the table and getting a new one. Otherwise, carefully remove the staples holding the felt into place. Fold the felt up and place it into a bag for storage.
